Harvey Team Adds Four New Hires

Harvey, an award-winning brand activation agency, today announced it has added four new employees to its team. The nearly 30-year-old firm, previously known as Harvey & Daughters, was recently named to Baltimore SmartCEO’s Future 50 for the second year in a row due to staff and revenue growth.

Harvey engages audiences through digital brand strategy, package design, in-store marketing, shopper research, and interactive and social media engagement. The new hires will help the agency capture shoppers’ attention in a transformed, omni-channel shopping environment. The new additions include:


Gina Schramm,
Account Supervisor

After 20 years working in NYC for brands such as Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Us Weekly, Rolling Stone, and Newsweek, Gina moved home to Baltimore where she can be closer to her family and enjoy a decent crab cake. She has a passion for all-things marketing which she has applied across many disciplines working for iconic brands and their advertising partners, including custom content creation, integrated campaign management, proposal ideation, brand positioning, red carpet event production, and much more. Gina looks forward to applying this experience with Harvey’s existing and new clients. In her spare time, Gina is a voracious consumer of pop-culture, an avid reader, and hiker.


Brad Walker,
Web Designer
Brad is excited to join Harvey in the role of Web Designer. He previously worked at Erickson Living for 5 years in a similar web design role and at Azzam Jordan as a print production artist for 4 years. Brad graduated from Frostburg State University with a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and Design in 2004. Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and their dog and kitty in the Tuscany neighborhood in northern Baltimore city. He also writes and records music, makes collages, and other miscellaneous artistic endeavors.


Melissa Jack,
Production Artist
Melissa spent the last 9 years honing her print design and production skills after graduating from Mercyhurst University. Her work history includes Merrick Towle Communications and Innovairre where she gained experience in real estate advertising and direct mail marketing. Melissa is thrilled to join Harvey where she can dabble in both design and production roles by putting both left and right brain functions to use. Outside of the office, Melissa enjoys photography and working on logo and invitation design. When she’s not sitting in front of a computer doing design work, she enjoys traveling and staying active outdoors by hiking, camping, and rock climbing with her boyfriend and their two dogs.


Jade Reider,
Admin Assistant/Office Manager
As Administrative Assistant and Office Manager, Jade provides day-to-day support services to the staff at Harvey. A Human Service Administration major, Jade has always had a passion for helping others. She is very focused, patient, and has an amazing memory, which makes each day as easy as possible for others so they can do their jobs seamlessly. Jade approaches each day as a fun challenge.Born and raised in Maryland, Jade resides with her husband Michael, 2 children, and 2 dogs. Jade’s passions include social networking and social media marketing. She enjoys the fall weather and loves a good cup of coffee! Always up for a challenge, she makes a perfect addition to the Harvey family!
